Radiator flush

I am trying to flush the radiator of my 1999 Toyota Corolla. It has approx. 121,000 miles. I have a Prestone Flush-n-Fill Kit, but I cannot identify the inlet heater hose. How can I tell which is the proper hose to cut into? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
