1998 Toyota Corolla lights

I just replaced a dead battery. When I connected the new battery the driving lights immediately came on without the key being in the ignition. I starte the car turned on the lights, then turned them off but the driving lights remain on as well as the dashboard lights. They will not turn off. What do I do

How did you solve your electrical problem. A similar thing just occurred with my 05 Corolla. Turned the car off, removed key and door buzzer went off and parking, tail and dash lights are always on with no key in the ignition
