1998 Toyota Corolla Engine Oil Loss

My engine is eating oil. I have bought the car new and always had the oil change at the dealer after every 5000 KM. For the last 2 oil changes the oil level was near the lower mark on the dipstick. My guess is it is the gasket or seals?
No oil leaks around the pan
