Electrical problem

my 97 corolla dx will not stop dinging after we take the keys out ..... every thing is off .. lights and all .
just when we exit the car keys in hand shut the doors and she is still dining? we have tried putting the key in all the locks and that didnt help tried to turn the egnition on and off and that didnt work ...
went to all the doors and made sure they were all closed still ...DING DING .... the only time it dosen't DING is when the motor is running........PLEASE HELP ME I CANT STAND THE DING DING OR UNHOOKING THE BATT. ALL THE TIME
