1997 Toyota Corolla Changing the fuse in FL Block

The 100 amps fuse in FL Block of my Toyota is blown. I tried to pull the fuse but it did not come out, instaed it broke. Is there any lock or special way to replace those fuses in FL block.

Any help is appreciated.

You need to remove the power distibution box there a bolt thats' holding it from the bottom side of the link.
