Hi, after the car warms up and I drive it for a few minutes, the hood shakes when I brake cause the front seats to vibrate gently. Once I take off the brake and accelerate, the shaking goes away. This summer, I had my EGR valve changed and all four brake pads, front rotors and rear drums fixed. The problem still persists. Would you know what is causing this shaking? Thanks.

If it happens only when braking, then it is more than likely a warped rotor.

Inspect pads and if you can, rotate rotor while on car (by hand) to see if there is any warpage. If you see none, remove and take back to brake shop and have them put it on a lathe to see if it is warped.
