I recently discovered one of my front shocks was broken and so ordered a pair but they came in different boxes and are made by different manufacturers. Will this make any difference as they are both made for my car? They are exactly the same, just made by different people.
Thank you for your time.

Should not make a perceptable difference, although I would prefer struts made by the same manufacturer.
