HAD CODE 17 MISFIRE CODE, REPLACED PLUGS, WIRES, CAP, ROTOR, RESET LIGHT WITH OBD1. LIGHT CAME BACK ON AND VEHICLE RUNS VERY ROUGH, CAN SMELL FUEL, AND AM GETTING VERY POOR GAS MILEAGE. ANY SUGGESTIONS?REPLACED FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR TOO!

Dont know if you fixed it et or not but from where can you smell the fuel? Also you should try chenking the charcoal canister for cracks or I guess just check the whole EVAP system for cracks, the hoses, lines, valves.
