I recently replaced the battery and starter on my '95 toyota corolla dx. This is the first winter I have owned the car. It seems when it is exceptionally cold outside or if it is cold and snowy, the car will not start. I can hear no sound from the starter at all. At first I thought it was the starter which is why I had it replaced but the same problem continues to happen. The car will start randomly after turning the key in the ignition maybe sometimes as much as 25 times. I am reasonably sure the battery leads and connections are clean, tight and rust free. Any suggestions?
