1994 toyota corolla automatic is making a loud clanking noise while accelerating between 60 and 70 mph. Once I hit 70 mph, noise stops. What could be the problem? and how much would it cost to fix?
The clanking noise is coming from under the hood. But only when accelerating between 60 and 70 mph. Also, it makes a high ptiched whirring/whining noise when accelerating at lower speeds.
