I HAVE A 94 TOYOTA COROLLA AND IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY IAM NOT GETING ANY POWER WHEN I TAKE OFF.I HAD MY FRIEND AND DAD LOOK AT IT,MY DAD SAID IT HAD SOMETHING TODO WITH THE TIMING OR DRISTRUBUTOR OR SOMETHING.BUT I THGHOUT IT HAD TO DO WITH THE F.INJ.SYST?

Check base timing by shorting Te1 and B1 of the diagnostic port. Hook up timimg light, start engine, set base timing at 10 degrees BTDC.
Engine RPM will be low (600rpm) since this takes all computer advance out of timing.

If problem persists, check fuel pressure with mechanical gauge, change fuel filter.
