1994 Toyota Corolla 4age silvertop

Hi, I have almost finished installing the silvertop into the 1994 corolla . Regarding the 4 speed transmission, all electricity for the transmission are done. Eventhought , about 16 wires are remaining. Where should they go. Overdrive? OD indicator? or anything else???
please help me fixng the issue.
