1993 Toyota Corolla airbag lt come on

I was checking speed meter, after I full out the instrument cluster to see if something wrong on the printed board I mistaking start the car w/out the cluster after that I put back together and start agian and I notice that srs ligth stay on, I try to clear it by disconnecting batt for 5 min does not work, any suggestion to fix it.

The SRS system has been deactivated when you removed the IP. A connection is loose, or wire not making contact.

The IP will have to be removed again, my advice is to have it done professionally. You DO NOT want the air bag to deploy while you are anywhere near it.
