I have a 1991 toyota corolla with 85,000 original miles. Ac does not work. Car sometimes will not start. It will not turn over or make any sound. The car cannot jump start. It will start after I wait 30 min. The fuses under the hood get extremely hot. This did not start happening until the cigarette lighter blew out. Once before I turned the car off with the radio on, which the radio was off and this has also made a power drain and would not start. Horn will work and lights will work. I have taken it by Advance and they say it has a power drain. Could it be the fuses? I do not believe its the starter because it has been replaced before. I think its a power drain from the cigarette lighter and any excess power drain like the radio left on when the ignition is off could have over loaded something. What could be the problem? Thanks
