not only this car but also a 97 4runner and a 2004 tacoma when you first start them the corolla does it all the time

Check tension on all belts.
If problem persists, check belts for oil, coolant contamination.
If OK, then replace belts and idler pulley on AC.
You may also have a bearing problem with WP, AC compressor, alt, or PS pump.
