1991 Toyota Corolla Leak on the passenger side floor mat

Last year i connected these two hoses to get heat. Well i got heat, then i noticed a antifeeze leak on the passenger side. it was leaking a lot. what could the antifreeze be leaking out of and not sending the antifreeze to the engine.
