1991 Toyota Corolla Can't get fuel to the cylinder

Fuel pressure is good to the fuel rail. I took out a spark plug to check the spark. It is getting fire but the plug was very dry with no smell of gas. (Plugs are brand new) I would say that no gas is getting in the cylinder. (Car will run with a squirt of starting fluid but stops when starting fluid is burned up.) I understand that the fuel injectors may be clogged but how do I find out if it is an electrical problem in the injection system or a fuel pressure/delivery problem?

Try listening to the injectors with a long screwdriver is it making a clicking noise if not its not snchronizing-check for power to it

I used the screwdriver to the ear trick on the injectors and heard the audible clicking. That was a new one for me, but worked incredibly well. So is my next step to remove the injectors?

Next step is to check the fuel pressure hook up the gauge to the fuel rail and comeback with the pressure readings
