1990 Toyota Corolla dx Wagon, 100k+mileage, 4cyl

Car running hot, noticed that engine fan & the other fan not coming on, checked fan fuses, all good. Please advise. Greatly appreciated.

Check for voltage at the coolant fans. If ther is no voltage check the fan relays if those are both good check the coolant temp sensor and sending unit. They may not be telling the fans to turn on.

If you have voltage at the fans then the motors are bad.
