Transmission problem
1989 Toyota Corolla Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My Toyota carolla only changes from Lower gear and 2nd but does not select the third gear even tho I have it in drive. Previously the transmission has worked very well but I now have this problem since i changed the enhine mount on the left hand side of the vehicle. IHave taken down the pan and cleaned the strainer with gasoline and knocked any kinks out of the bottom pan and reassembled it with 1 gallon of transmission fluid however althought it continues to change from lower to 2nd very smoothly but now I have to reach at least 80 kilometers for the vehicle to go in drive after which ir drives smoothly. from lower gear to 2nd changes at 40 kmh. Is there anyway i can reduce the amount of kmh it takes to change from 2nd to drive or do i have a more technical problem? Also I would like to know what must be done to change a kick down cable on the same model vehicle. Thank you in advance
