Transmission problem
1989 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Automatic 200275 miles
My car some times does not change gears until almost 60 miles per hr and my rpm's run at 3 or more
can this be caused by a defective transmission modulator? We have not changed the fuel filter.
I have had the plugs cleaned, they are fairly new. as well as the cables.
