On a cold start # 4 cylinder is not hitting. It has a good strong spark, new plugs, wires, and intake gasket. Has good compression across all four cylinders. After it warms up # 4 hits fine. It does have a 2 barrel carb. Checked for vacumm leaks with carb cleaner but found none. Could the intake be warped or possible valve adjustment needed?

If you had a bad valve it should have shown up on the compression test.

If you have good compression and spark, the only thing missing is fuel.

I would try a can of SeaFoam in the tank, see if it helps clean the varnish in the carb.

If a 4ALC engine, valve clearence is relitively easy to set.
