I belive I left my lights on all night and the next mourning my car wouldnt start. I tried to jump it and it will not work. My battery is about 4 years old. I was wondering if it may be the alternator because the ignition will not turn at all. Or do I just need a new battery? Also the lights barley come on now but they are working.

you need a new battery and or battery terminals. once you kill a battery that has some age on it, it is very hard to recover from it. also there is 2 fuses right on the positive cable at the battery, make sure one of them did not blow. let us know how you make out.
