I have a 1993 toyota celica. Blue. 145000 miles and I think its gotta 2.2L engine can I add a aftermarket turbocharger to this? And if I can how much will it cost

Yes you can, it would be cheaper to buy a car already turboed, depending on the boost level you hope to achieve, you would need to upgrade the bottom end, and the top end to parts which are rated to handle a turbocharger, and then there's the cost of the turbo, the intercooler, the waste gate, the wiring harness/turbo timer, upgraded fuel system, cooling system, computer. And then you have to upgrade the drivetrain to handle the added horsepower:hardened gears, shafts etc. Very very expensive
