Electrical problem
1991 Toyota Celica 90,000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
If someone could help, I would appreciate it!!!
Okay my car will not start, or even turn over..... The
headlights, hazard, and interior lights work, the radio doesn't though... Could it be the ECU? I have checked all the fuses and changed them.....
The only light on the dash that is on is the airbag light.....

In a house we have such thing as ,a power distribution box-it has a main circuit breaker in a vehicle it is called fusible links-yours has the squared looking boxes, power has to go thru the links before it gets to the little miniature ones and also the igniton switch.

Inspect and test all of it then comeback and report your findings and anything I need to know to continue to help.

When you turn the key to On -do you see the lights that normally comes On?

The headlights, hazard, and interior lights work, the radio doesn't though..

Do this check for power at the white wire at the starter-Do you have power on it while on start position of the ignition switch?

I'm terribly sorry I don't think I can help you here there's so many brand names of security systems and am not an expert in this department.

You just have to backtrack it or bring it in by tow to a specialty shop that does alarm system.
