My headlights housing was replaced with replacement ones. When I first put these on the car everything worked, but the right side had a bad electrical plug which prevented a good conection. The headlights would come up when turned on, but the right side would not move back down unless you held together the electical plug, then because of the bad plug the lights became out of sync in opening and closing at the sametime. I replace the right side motor with my old one that did work fine. Now the headlights are still out of sync in opening and closing, both will come up but then the right side goes back down on its own. When I then turn off the lights the dirvers side goes down and the right side comes up. How do I get them both in sync?

Unplug one for one cycle, then plug it back in.
