Toyota Carina Engine Problem

1998 Toyota Carina 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 98000 miles
my car was ok but my water pump failed so i replaced it after opening and closing timing belt and all but now my car has lost power its like no speed if i put my foot down alot of noise like booooooooo but no speed its like il be at 60 foot down and its just there and no speed plz help

Verify your valve and ignition timing sounds like its off timing
