Repairs at 205,000 mis '97 Camry

Toyota Camry '97 with 205,000 mis is running fine with absolutely no major repairs - the most expensive has been muffler and brake replacement, each only once. Other than that, only routine maintenance but at most recent oil change (always done at dealership) they recommended repairs of $1,800 including timing belt, front seals, valve cover gaskets, etc. I'm the original owner and have never had the timing belt replaced so am definitely going to do this but wonder what else should be done at this point given its mileage and running condition (perfect) in order to extend its life another 50-100K. I take it the water pump should be replaced while in there (dealership didn't make this recommendation). What else should I do while the timing belt is being replaced? Thanks!

I'm just gonna throw this out there.

How about a remanufactured engine?

Worst case scenario is it breaks and doesn't start.

Put the motor in then.

Thanks. Local mechanic is quoting $210 parts & labor for timing belt replacement. Am happy to do that and add the water pump and guess that everything would still be well under $500. Wouldn't that be much less than the installation of a remanufactured engine? Just trying to take preventative steps now to keep this sweet thing going (I hope!) Another 100K.

No question, with the 2nd scenario. I was having a hard time weighing out $2000 on an old engine vs $4000 on a fresh one. But, $500.00 is a no-brainer.
Thanks for stopping in
