Check Engine Light

I drive a 2005 Toyota Camry, it has 48,000 miles on it. Every 5,000 miles the service (check engine) light comes on, just because that's the way my car was made. The guys at the shop were always able to turn it off for me by doing something with the ignition--do you know how I can get it to go off? I would love to not have to take it back in just for that. Thanks for your time!

Just remove the EFI fuse for 10sec or better-bear in mind that a malfunction exist and its being detected by the ECU-need to have the OBD2 pull for codes to resolve the light problem.
