I HAVE A TOYOTA CAMRY 2001, 76,000 MILES. THE BRAKE LIGHT ON THE DASH IS ALWAYS ON. THERE'S NO STRANGE SOUNDS, SMELLS OR ANYTHING ELSE. WHAT COULD IT BE?

Hello.

Check the brake fluid.
Also. When the brake fluid got low its because of a low brake pads. (Most of the brake fluid its on the calipers because they need to travel more to get in contact with the rotor)

The emergency brake could also be hanging up a little also.
