97 Camry 205k Miles blowing up the fuses Need Help !!!

The problem is my car blowing up the 10A car fuse which is located under the stearing on driver side which causes the Back light and front light off.
Everytime i change the fuse and turn on the parking lights it burns it.I have called PepBoys and they want $85 to diagnose the problem then they will give estimate.

Please Help If anybody knows..

What it means is between the fuse block and the lights, there is a grounded wire, or bad switch...

Thanks for replying but i didn't get where to see the bad fuse.If you can guide me more that will be a great help...I saw couple of post and people has posted the picture to locate the fuse if you can do that it will be awesom..
