I was told that my Camry need the timing belt changed at 90,000 miles. When does the water pump need to be changed?

Hi there,

Water pumps do not have a specific service life as do timing belts, some people opt to replace the pump at the same time as it is convenient to do so, but if there is no evidence of any leaking from the weep hole on the pump and the bearing spins free and with no side movement, it will be fine to leave it.
