Where is the adjustment and how do I release the tension from the serpertine belt tensionar to replace the belt? Must I have a special tool to complete this simple task? I am an OLD retired master mechanic and ASSumed this was a 5 minute job. Haha! Thanks ZIPPO74

First attempt failed! After backing off the 17mm bolt head more or less 1/2 inch, no belt tension was released. Is it necessary to remove the bolt completlely?
