2001 Toyota Camry check engine light

My check engine light is on. I have just over 56000 miles on the car. The oil in the engine is clean and full. Do I need to take the car to a dealer to have the light re-set?

Hi there,

Any work shop can check the set fault code. You will need to have the fault rectified or the ECU will keep setting the fault and the light will not go out.
