I have a 2000 Toyota Camry. About 2 weeks after my last oil change (I also changed the air filter), my Camry began shaking when idling. It sounded like a belt was loose and when I got on the highway it overheated so I stopped and had it towed to my house. When I went to drive it to the mechanic the next day it started, but was shaking pretty bad and when I put it in drive it wouldn't go. What could it be? Did I blow a head gasket? Please help!!

Sounds like it- its shaking real bad because the coolant is mixing with fuel in the cylinders and its not combustible.
