1999 Toyota Camry Signal Lights Stopped Working

Last night, my turn lights simply stopped working. They were working well, and then suddenly nothing happened when the turn lever was flipped. There is no response on the light panel or in the actual lights themselves. I've checked the fuse, and it looks fine.

One answer on here seemed to indicate that it might be the signal light flasher, but it sounded like if that were the problem, there would be different symptoms. Also, if it IS the signal light flasher, how can I locate it?

Thank you.

Do the symptoms sound like an car flasher problem? A friend of mine said that the blinkers were the first thing on her car that went as her alternator was dying. Does that sound possible?

(P.S. How does one give feedback/donations?)

The blinker flasher is what makes it blinks-it turns it On and Off constantly
