My car engine is shaky after I speed it up to 80 mph for about 2 to 3 minutes and slow down to 25-30 mph, but if I speed it up again it still run normally. Fisrt I replaced spark plugs, fuel filter, ignition cables, air filter, and the car run fine for a few days. Now it has the same condition again. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate for your responds
