For the past few months I have noticed a high-pitched noise coming from my car. This noise is present during stop-and-go traffic. Please notice this noise is different than squeaky break noise while coming to a stop. The noise is present when the car is in slow motion, however it dissapears when I press the brake to come to a stop. This noise is also much louder than the regular brake noise that is present when the brake pads are old. I have recently had my brakes checked and I was told they are at 95%. Could this possibly be old brake fluid or perhaps some other problem?

Have the rotors inspected for hot spots & glazing, resign from the brake pads can build up on the rotor surface and cause this squeal, a light machine will remove it,
have this checked out.
