1999 Toyota Camry Flywheel Inspection Panel

Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles

I'm trying to replace the water pump and timing belt, but can't locate the flywheel inspection panel.

there is no timing mark on the flywheel like there are are on VW's. HTH.

the flywheel inspection panel is on the bottom of the engine. But there are no timing marks on the flywheel.
