my car has been driving just fine today but when i stopped at a store for a few minutes and came back to it.wont start.the engine is turning but wont crank.feels like there is no fuel getting to the engine.is there a shut off valve in this vehicle and if so where is it located?thanks

It sounds like the crankshaft angle sensor has gone out which is common, here is a video so you can check for spark to help confirm the issue:
