1997 Toyota Camry Toyota camy wont come out of park

1997 Camry with an automatic transmission will not come out of park. Also, the electric windows, heater, radio, blinkers do not work. Is the transmission issue somehow tied into a blown fuse or open electrical circuit somewhere?

Sounds like a fuse/relay problem to me.
Does the brake lights turn on?

Check all fuses.

Turn the key right before the on position and right before the lights come on, it should bypass the mechanism and the car should be able to shift to neutral.
