When I start the Car the ABS light sometimes goes of but sometimes stays all the time I drive?

You will need to have the ABS system scanned with a scan tool. Most autoparts stores give free scans, but they only scan the PCM (error codes beginning with "P").
The ABS system needs a chassis scanner ("C" codes).
It could be as simple as a ABS wheel sensor, but you would need to get the specific code.
