Tune-up question

Engine problem
1997 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

Hi,
I have a 97 Camry with lil over 150K. I was changing oil few days ago and wanted to inspect other things on the car. (spark plugs, wires, hoses). When i puled out spark plug wires, one wire tore off at the end and is still on the spark plug. Last 2 days when i dorve the car, when cold it runs rough. I got new wires and going to change wires and plugs today or tomorrow. But i want to do a major tune up (air and fuel filter, tranny oil, plugs and wires. What else should i change? Nothing but oil changes and brakes has been done on this car since i got with about 90K.
