WHAT CAUSES THE RADITER TO SOUND LIKE IT IS BOILING OVER WHEN I TURN MY CAR OFF? IT HAS WATER AND COOLIENT IN THE CAR. OIL IS FINE, WATER IS FINE.

YES, THERE IS NO CHANGE IN THE TEMPERTAER GAUGE.

LAST YEAR I HAD A NEW RADITOR PUT IN AND IT WAS CLEANED THEN.

if water is boiling in radiator then it is overheating. since gauge is reading normal i would suspect faulty coolant temp. sensor.
