My car was overheating, and once I changed the oil it worked better, but the fans are not coming on, and the radiator is leaking. Of course I would think that the radiator was the problem, but I am also concerned with the fans. Also the check engine light is on. Car seems to run fine. (except for overheating)

check/replace engine coolant temperature sensor, and change thermostat if necessary, thermostat may be stuck closed too, so check or replace those two things and get back to me.
