Hi, I am retired, short on $. Please I am just looking for a ball park idea how big this problem is! Thanks:

Last week when coming to a stop, once stopped, the peddle would go down and car would start to creep, I pumped the peddle a couple times and it came up and held. Now it just goes down, pumping doesn't help and it goes down to 1/2 of the floor. I can still stop, I go slow, move selector to 2nd gear and am gentle on the peddle. It will stop and stay put. Emergency brake holds fine. Is this my Master Cylinder? Can U provide a ball park independant repair estimate (if less then 100 pts and labor would be wonderful, 200 is do-able ... over that I am in trouble for at least a month!) because most shops charge for estimates that I can not afford, I need an idea of how much to save so I can figure out when I can fix it! Thanks.
