You can hear the fuel pump turn on when you turn on the key. A blue sparks comes from each spark plug. You can see fuel squart up out of each chamber when you try to start it. I've squarted WD-40 in each chamber to get it to start but it didn't. I also tried squarting WD-40 in the intake to try to get it to start but just keeps doing to the same thing. I replaced the plugs, plug wires, rotor bug, distributor cap, and the distributor coil pack.
