1995 Toyota Camry Turn the key - get a click.

I recently have been turning my key and getting a single click. I would continue to turn the key repeatedly. After 5-10 tries, starts up fine.

Now all I get is a click. So I removed the battery post connectors and and cleaned the terminals and hooked up a jump with my van. After 10-15 tries, started up with hesitation.

Battery wires, distributor cap?
