Hey! When I turn the ignition of my car it doesn't sound quite as strong as it used to. It sounds weak and that 'turning' noise sounds slow. In fact, the RPM meter instead of going to the usual 2 it lands about 1.5. And when I hit the D(drive), it drops to a bit above 1. Now what's weird is when I drive for a bit like say 5-10 minutes, it'll drop below 1 to more about.80 RPM.
The other prob is when I drive it out and break, there's a huge creaking noise that erupts when the RPM is just above the 1 when I drive. After though, when it dips below the 1 RPM the breaking noise isn't nearly as bad.

Any idea what is going on? I know I need to change my transmission fluid soon (or now I guess depending) but I can't imagine it doing this.
Can you include expected price?

Sounds like you have a weak battery or loose/corroded battery terminals. Have charging system tested.

Need to inspect your brake pads for the braking noises.I believe they are probably due for replacements.

Your idle is supposed to be at 750 RPM so when you say it goes a little below the 1k RPM mark, that is right where it should be at.
