1994 Toyota Camry timming belt

The car just quit I supect a timming belt, how do I know, and does it bent the valves in the year.

Hi there,

Take of the top timing belt cover, just a few 10mm bolts and have a look, depending on the engine installed will determine the stat of the valve, advise engine code and I will advise, either here or im me,
