I've been driving this for 4 1/2 years now, drove about 34000 miles on it, oil changed for every 3000. Never did any of those transmission fluid flush or any other type of services.

It started to vibrate(shake) more lately and noise of the car also went up, what kind of check-up/repairs I need to do and I don't want to spend too much on repairs at this point of time. Please suggest.

The vibration could be misfiring due to engine needing a tune-up or engine misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.

There's a lot of crooked places out there, My advise is to bring it in to a reputable shop in town ask around for the best.
